Refund Policy
WestBev takes care to ensure that all products are inspected and verified prior to dispatch.
Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed and delivered.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following circumstances:
The incorrect product was delivered.
The product was materially damaged prior to delivery.
The order delivered does not match the confirmed order.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with the order number and supporting evidence where applicable.
WestBev reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a refund or replacement.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind.
Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Products that have been accepted upon delivery without notification of an issue within the required reporting period.
Delays caused by factors outside of WestBev's reasonable control.
Where a claim is approved, WestBev may, at its discretion, provide a replacement product or refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used for the transaction.
