Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through the WestBev platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the platform. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and processed.
WestBev reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed, the order is final and may not be cancelled except as required by applicable law or under the WestBev Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Special Purchasing Programmes
Certain products or purchasing programmes may only be available to eligible individuals or approved entities.
By placing an order under any diplomatic or other restricted purchasing programme, the customer represents and warrants that they are eligible to participate in that programme and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet and continue to meet any eligibility requirements applicable to their purchases.
WestBev may request information or documentation to verify eligibility at any time.
Personal Use
Products purchased through diplomatic or other restricted purchasing programmes are intended solely for the personal use and consumption of the eligible customer and members of their household, subject to any applicable laws, regulations, or mission policies.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchases and use of products comply with all applicable requirements.
WestBev accepts no responsibility for any resale, transfer, distribution, gifting, or other use of products by a customer after delivery.
Change of Status
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are eligible to place an order at the time of purchase.
WestBev shall not be liable for any loss, claim, restriction, or consequence arising from a customer’s change in employment status, diplomatic status, accreditation, assignment, posting, or eligibility occurring before or after delivery.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered only to the relevant embassy, diplomatic mission, or other approved institutional location associated with the order.
WestBev reserves the right to verify delivery details and eligibility prior to dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of WestBev’s reasonable control.
Risk and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon delivery and acceptance at the designated delivery location.
Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or other administrative error, WestBev reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds and replacements are governed by the WestBev Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
WestBev relies on the information and representations provided by customers regarding their eligibility, status, and entitlement to participate in any purchasing programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WestBev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, regulatory, tax, customs, employment-related, or other losses arising from a customer’s purchase, eligibility, status, use of products, or compliance with applicable requirements.
WestBev’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
WestBev reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon publication on the website.
