Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when orders placed with WestBev are delivered, so you know exactly what to expect after your payment is confirmed.

Order processing

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch. All products are inspected and verified prior to dispatch to ensure they match your confirmed order.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are delivered within 14 days of confirmed payment. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of WestBev’s reasonable control, in which case we will keep you informed.

Reporting a delivery issue

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issue — such as an incorrect, damaged, or mismatched order — must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable.
